03 After-sales Service
• A dedicated after-sales service center and personnel are responsible for product after-sales service.
• Establish user files and formulate daily maintenance plans by querying user files.
• Dedicated personnel provide technical support and timely troubleshooting and technical consultation.
• The company has opened a 24-hour service hotline for convenient inquiries and complaints from domestic and international users.
• After receiving user feedback, we will respond to the customer within 4 hours and provide a solution within 24 hours; if on-site service is required at the user's unit, areas with offices will ensure arrival within 12 hours, and areas without offices will ensure arrival within 24 hours (excluding travel time).
• The product quality is subject to a one-year "three guarantees" (repair, return, replacement), with lifetime service. During the warranty period, parts damaged due to quality problems will be replaced free of charge. After the three-guarantee period, only the cost will be charged. We provide lifetime service and supply of technical modifications and accessories for this product.
