Technical Research and Development

Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the product concept of "high efficiency, low noise, and energy saving" and a scientific development perspective. The company places emphasis on cultivating and recruiting talent. It currently has senior engineers people,Intermediate engineer people,Professional and technical personnel 10  professional technicians. It also seeks external collaborations with senior experts and professors. Each department actively cooperates, facilitating effective communication, coordination, and collaboration. This enables us to accurately grasp the customer's technical needs for our products, creating a product development process system that is customer-needs oriented. This results in a technology R&D team suitable for the company's development, achieving quick communication, coordination, and decision-making, which increases product R&D efficiency and capability.

The company pays close attention to the research and development of new products. It fully implements the construction of five capability platforms: design, analysis, testing, verification, and production. Currently, the company owns advanced production equipment and, with the guidance and cooperation of the National Equipment Testing and Inspection Center, has established an automatic data acquisition and testing platform. Our advanced testing methods and comprehensive equipment provide strong support for the research and development and innovation of new products.

Independent R&D

1998 In 1998, to address the high energy consumption of older-style fans, the company developed the patented product, "Variable-speed multi-speed axial flow fan for tunnel construction" (Patent No.: ZL 002 58455.7).
2010 In 2010, with the increasing national investment in infrastructure construction, the company developed the patented products "Energy-saving axial flow fan for long and large tunnel construction" (Patent No.: ZL 2009 0104028.4) and "Automatic operation control device for tunnel ventilation fan" (Patent No.: ZL 2010 2 0517123.X).
2019 In 2019, to achieve automatic control of fan operation and meet the needs of the construction environment, the company developed the patented products "A type of fan automatic control system" (Patent No.: ZL 201921396255.9) and "A type of low-noise axial flow fan" (Patent No.: ZL 201921155692.1).
2020 In 2020, to solve the problem of ventilation in plateau tunnels, the company independently researched and developed the patented product "Ventilation fan intelligent control system" (Patent No.: ZL202022969888.3).
2023 In 2023, a patent was obtained for a type of low-noise axial flow fan (Patent No.: ZL2023 2 1243112.0).
2024 In 2024, to solve the problem of blade angle consistency, a patent was obtained for a type of axial flow local ventilation fan impeller blade angle consistency mold (Patent No.: ZL2023 2 2386454.4).

Currently, our company has 5 independently developed current valid patents and 1 ventilation fan intelligent control system.

Collaborative Research and Development

Our company actively promotes industry-academia-research collaborative research and development, and has achieved certain results through cooperation with design institutes and universities.

1. In September 2023, the Yellow River Design Institute visited our company for technical exchanges on the application of large-scale tunnel variable frequency axial flow fans and their associated pipelines in projects.

 

 

2. In 2009, to solve the problem of ventilation in plateau tunnels of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, our company signed a scientific research project contract with the Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology of China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. The project name was "Research on Key Technical Issues of TBM Construction in Ultra-long Tunnels on the Western Line." Together, we jointly developed a new type of plateau ventilation fan, which was granted a national patent (Patent No.: ZL 2009 20254404.8) and won the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. It has been used in major projects such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, receiving positive feedback from users.

 

Commissioned Research and Development

In January 2024, Professor Li Youbin, Teacher Wang, and Teacher Liang from Shanxi Engineering Vocational and Technical College visited our company to discuss the theme of school-enterprise joint technical upgrade projects in the direction of automation and intelligence.
