Technical Research and Development

Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the product concept of "high efficiency, low noise, and energy saving" and a scientific development perspective. The company focuses on cultivating and recruiting talent internally. It currently has senior engineers ,intermediate engineers ,and professional technicians 10  。It seeks external collaboration with senior experts and professors. Various departments actively cooperate, facilitating effective information communication, coordination, and collaboration. This ensures an accurate understanding of customer's technical needs for products. A product development process system oriented towards customer needs is established, forming a technology R&D team suitable for enterprise development. This achieves quick communication, coordination, and decision-making, improving product R&D efficiency and capabilities.

The company places great emphasis on the R&D of new products, comprehensively implementing the construction of five capability platforms: design, analysis, testing, verification, and production. Currently, the company possesses advanced production equipment and, under the guidance and cooperation of the National Equipment Testing and Inspection Center, has established an automated data acquisition and testing platform. With advanced testing methods and complete testing equipment, it provides strong support for the R&D and innovation of new products.

Independent R&D

1998 In 1998, to address the high energy consumption of old-style wind turbines, a patented product was developed: "Variable-speed multi-speed axial flow fan for tunnel construction" (Patent No.: ZL 002 58455.7).
2010 In 2010, with the increasing national investment in infrastructure construction, the company developed patented products: "Energy-saving axial flow fan for long tunnel construction" (Patent No.: ZL 2009 0104028.4), and "Automatic operation control device for tunnel ventilation fan" (Patent No.: ZL 2010 2 0517123.X).
2019 In 2019, to achieve automatic control of fan operation and meet construction environment needs, the company developed patented products: "A kind of fan automatic control system" (Patent No.: ZL 201921396255.9), and "A kind of low-noise axial flow fan" (Patent No.: ZL 201921155692.1).
2020 In 2020, to solve the problem of ventilation in plateau tunnels, the patented product "Ventilation fan intelligent control system" (Patent No.: ZL202022969888.3) was independently developed.
2023 In 2023, a patent was obtained for a low-noise axial flow fan (Patent No.: ZL2023 2 1243112.0).
2024 To solve the problem of blade angle consistency, a patent was obtained in 2024 for a mold for the angle consistency of axial flow local ventilation fan impeller blades (Patent No.: ZL2023 2 2386454.4).
2025 To solve the problems of ventilation fan noise and maintenance costs, a patent was independently developed and obtained: A kind of silencer with replaceable sound-absorbing material for ventilation fans (Patent No.: ZL20242 2337816.5).

Currently, the company has 6 independently developed and currently valid patents, and 1 intelligent ventilation fan control system.

Collaborative R&D

Our company actively promotes collaborative R&D between industry, academia, and research, and has achieved certain results through collaboration with design institutes and universities.

1. In September 2023, the Yellow River Design Institute visited our company for technical exchange on the application of large-scale tunnel variable frequency axial flow fans and their supporting pipelines in projects.

 

 

2. In 2009, to solve the ventilation problem of plateau tunnels on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, our company signed a scientific research project contract with the Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology of China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. The project name was: Research on key technical issues of TBM construction in ultra-long tunnels on the western line. A new type of plateau ventilation fan was jointly developed, obtaining a national patent (Patent No.: ZL 2009 20254404.8) and winning the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. It has been applied in major projects such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway and has received positive feedback from users.

 

Commissioned R&D

In January 2024, Professor Li Youbin, Teacher Wang, and Teacher Liang from Shanxi Institute of Engineering Technology visited our company to discuss the theme of school-enterprise joint technological upgrading projects in the direction of automation and intelligence.
