Product Quality Assurance Measures

(2) Conduct reliability design: Strictly follow the requirements of national standards and industry standards as the design basis. Ensure that the performance parameters of the ventilator, such as air volume, air pressure, and power, meet the design requirements. |
(1) Select high-quality suppliers: Strictly evaluate and audit raw material suppliers, including their production capacity, qualifications, and creditworthiness. For example, cooperate with high-quality suppliers with a good industry reputation and ISO quality management system certification. (2) Strictly inspect raw materials: After the arrival of raw materials, inspect them according to the raw material incoming inspection specifications to ensure that they meet the quality requirements. Keep records of incoming raw material inspections according to the quality management system requirements to ensure traceability. |

(1) Strictly establish a complete set of operating procedures and process operation specifications according to the requirements of the ISO9001 international quality management system and strictly monitor every link in the production process. (2) Strengthen process management: Implement full-process monitoring of the production process using production tracking forms, and monitor in real-time the production parameters, stability, consistency, and compliance of the process. (3) Process inspection: Use a combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection to ensure that product quality meets standard requirements and prevent unqualified products from entering the next process. (4) Strengthen employee training: Regularly train employees on operating skills and operating specifications to improve employees' quality awareness and operating skills, ensuring that they can correctly and completely complete production tasks. |
(1) Type test of products: All mining safety standard products have passed the inspection of the Chongqing Mine Equipment Testing and Inspection Center of the Chongqing Institute of Safety Testing and Inspection, including 11 items: appearance quality, safety structure and measures inspection, safety certificate review, cold-state insulation resistance of motor windings, maximum output power of motor, impeller clearance, mechanical operation test, flow rate, full pressure, full pressure deviation, highest full pressure efficiency, noise, and effective value of vibration speed. (2) Finished product inspection and testing: All products are subjected to comprehensive finished product inspection according to the ventilator factory inspection specifications, including appearance and performance. Only qualified products can be put into storage or shipped. |
