I. Introduction
The research and development of fully automatic fan control aims to achieve an intelligent upgrade for the axial flow fans and variable frequency control cabinets produced by the company for use in highway, railway, and subway tunnels. This will enable three control modes for the fans: remote, on-site, and automatic. It will also include online fault diagnosis and alarm functions; data recording and query functions; and open-source data that can be integrated into other systems.
Users can view and monitor the status of the fan and the tunnel chamber in real-time via a Mobile APP and monitoring room: parameters such as the operating status, air volume, air pressure, air speed, speed, and power consumption of the axial flow fan; and parameters such as current, voltage, power, motor winding temperature, and bearing temperature of the motor.
In automatic control, the fan can be automatically started, stopped, and automatically adjusted based on parameters such as tunnel temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, dust concentration, oxygen concentration, and methane concentration. It can also automatically and intelligently control the fan and perform remote maintenance based on different on-site conditions.
