The FBD series explosion-proof, pressure-type (counter-rotating) axial flow local ventilation fan is mainly used for ventilation in mine roadways with the risk of gas, suitable for medium and long-distance ventilation. It is also widely used in ventilation and air exchange in metal mines, chemical mines, tunnels, metallurgy, chemical building materials, and other industries. It adopts an externally wrapped silencer and consists of a collector, intake silencer, front and rear housings, motor, two-stage impeller, rear silencer, and air duct connector.

I. Product Introduction
The FBD (Type II) series explosion-proof, pressure-type (counter-rotating) axial flow local ventilation fan is a research and development improvement based on the FBD (Type I) series. This series of fans, when paired with an intelligent mine ventilation system, enables remote control of the fan, online monitoring of various parameters, and over-limit alarming. Through underground sensors and underground parameters, the amount of air supply is determined, solving the problem of on-demand air supply of local ventilation fans in the mine, achieving safe, efficient, automatic, and rapid gas discharge, and saving energy. When the main air supply loop fails, the standby loop fan is automatically put into operation to maintain continuous air supply to the working face.
This series of fans has four significant characteristics:
1. High efficiency: The blades adopt an airfoil twisted three-dimensional flow design, with a wide range of high-efficiency areas, and the highest total pressure efficiency ≧80%.
2. Stable performance: The air pressure is relatively stable, the surge phenomenon is minimal, and it runs stably even in high air pressure and low flow rate areas.
3. Ultra-low noise: The local ventilation fan is in a low-noise state throughout its life cycle. The fan is equipped with imported tower silencers, plate-type inlet and outlet silencers, and externally wrapped main machine silencers. The silencing materials are removable and replaceable.
4. Long air supply distance: Strong adaptability to complex and long roadways.
